"Singapore Geothermal: Learnings & Implications for SE Asia"
การสัมมนาในครั้งนี้ได้รับความสนใจอย่างมากจากตัวแทนทั้งจากภาครัฐและเอกชนที่กำลังมองหาแนวทางพัฒนา พลังงานความร้อนใต้พิภพ (Geothermal Energy) ในประเทศไทย เพื่อเป็นแหล่งพลังงานสะอาดที่มีเสถียรภาพสูง และเป็นส่วนสำคัญในการลดการพึ่งพาการนำเข้าพลังงานจากต่างประเทศ
ทำไมเรื่องนี้ถึงสำคัญ?
ในช่วง 5 ปีที่ผ่านมา เทคโนโลยีด้านพลังงานความร้อนใต้พิภพมีการพัฒนาแบบก้าวกระโดดทั่วโลก โดยเฉพาะในสหรัฐอเมริกาและวงการพลังงานสากล ที่พิสูจน์ให้เห็นแล้วว่านี่คือ "พลังงานสะอาดที่พร้อมใช้งานและมีความเสถียรที่สุด"

On April 24, RT Geothermal and Avenir Energy had the honour of hosting Professor Alessandro Romagnoli - Energy Advisor at the Asian Development Bank and Professor of Clean Energy Technologies at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), the leading expert and principal investigator of the Geothermal for Singapore project - as the keynote speaker for a special seminar titled:
"Singapore Geothermal: Learnings & Implications for SE Asia"
The seminar drew significant interest from representatives across both the public and private sectors who are exploring pathways to develop geothermal energy in Thailand - as a high-stability clean energy source and a key step toward reducing the country's dependence on imported energy.
